The problem

A B2B SaaS company published consistently but ranked for nothing commercial, and none of its content appeared in AI assistant answers.

What we built

Topic cluster architecture built around buying intent, entity and schema work for answer engines, internal linking programme, and lifecycle nurture from trial to paid.

How we approached it

  1. Step 01

    Start from buying intent

Clusters were mapped to the questions buyers ask at evaluation, not to keyword volume alone.

  2. Step 02

    Make the entity unambiguous

Organization, Product and FAQ schema, consistent naming, and an about page assistants can cite as the source of truth.

  3. Step 03

    Answer in the first paragraph

Question-shaped headings with direct extractable answers, then depth below for human readers.

  4. Step 04

    Connect content to the trial

Contextual in-content CTAs plus nurture sequences that reference the topic the visitor arrived on.
