FAQ
The questions buyers actually ask us
Direct answers on scope, pricing, timelines, AI disclosure and ownership — no hedging, no unsupported promises.
Why work with one team instead of several vendors?
Because the handoffs are where growth leaks. When the website, CRM, automation and campaigns are bought separately, no one owns the result end to end — each vendor optimises their slice. Technoyze plans them as one architecture, so a lead captured on the site lands in the CRM, triggers the right follow-up and appears in one report. If you already have a strong incumbent for part of it, we integrate rather than replace.
How does Technoyze handle AI disclosure?
We tell you where AI is used in your engagement — for example drafting, research, code assistance, automation logic or AI-generated video. Anything published under your brand is reviewed by a human before it ships, and we follow the disclosure rules of each platform we publish to. We do not claim a universal legal standard on your behalf; where your industry or jurisdiction requires specific disclosure wording, we implement what your counsel approves.
How does pricing work?
Two shapes. Project work (a website, an application, a CRM implementation) is scoped and fixed after discovery. Ongoing programmes (SEO, AEO, paid media, automation support) run as a monthly retainer with a defined scope. We do not publish a single number for everything because scope, integrations and content volume genuinely change the cost — you get a written quote before anything starts.
What are typical timelines?
A conversion-focused website is usually 4–8 weeks. Applications and custom CRM builds typically run 8–20 weeks depending on scope and integrations. SEO, AEO and paid programmes are ongoing and reviewed monthly; meaningful organic movement generally takes three to six months of consistent work. These are ranges from how we scope work, not promises about your specific project.
Who owns the intellectual property?
Ownership is set in the project agreement, and our default position is that you own the deliverables — code, designs, content and configuration — on full payment. Third-party licences (frameworks, plugins, fonts, stock assets) remain under their own terms, and any pre-existing Technoyze internal tooling stays ours but is licensed to you for the project. If your legal team needs different terms, that is a contract conversation we are happy to have before work starts.
Can you guarantee rankings, AI citations or lead volume?
No, and any agency that does is selling something it cannot control. Search engines, answer engines and ad platforms decide placement. What we commit to is a documented strategy, the strongest technical and content foundation we can build, transparent measurement and continuous optimisation against agreed business metrics.
What does an IT consultancy actually do?
An IT consultancy diagnoses business problems and designs the technology to solve them. At Technoyze that means auditing how a business acquires and serves customers, then building the websites, applications, CRM, automation and marketing infrastructure required — and measuring the commercial result rather than the deliverable.
How is Technoyze different from a web agency?
A web agency ships a website. We build the system around it: the traffic source, the conversion path, the CRM the lead lands in, the automation that follows up, and the reporting that proves what worked. Development, marketing and automation are planned together instead of bought separately.
Do you work with businesses outside your region?
Yes. Technoyze is remote-first and works with clients internationally, across time zones, with asynchronous documentation and scheduled strategy calls.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A conversion-focused website is typically 4–8 weeks. Applications and custom CRM builds usually run 8–20 weeks depending on scope. Marketing, SEO, AEO and automation are ongoing programmes measured monthly.
Can you guarantee rankings or advertising results?
No, and no credible partner can. Search engines, answer engines and ad platforms control placement. What we commit to is a documented strategy, transparent measurement and continuous optimisation against agreed business metrics.
